Delivery

All orders will be delivered via email between 20 minutes of purchase.

If you have any specific delivery instructions or questions leave us a message and we will check before fulfilling the order.

After you purchase you will automatically receive 3 emails followed by a 4th email delivered manually.

The first is an order confirmation email,.
The second is the Paypal receipt email.
The third is a feedback request email.

The fourth email will include your product/order and is sent manually with a delay of 10-15 minutes to give us time to process your order, allocate a key and check for/respond to any messages/delivery instructions

We do have other tasks in general which is why your order will not be emailed "instantly" so your patience after purchase to the 10-15 min time frame specified is appreciated. We always aim to deliver it in the shortest windows possible sometimes sooner than the time specified.

Payments

All Payments are processed by Paypal.
Card Payments accepted also processed by Paypal.
If you do not have a Paypal account please select guest at the Paypal checkout page.
All payments have 6 months payment protection from Paypal.

Returns / Support / Cancellation

If you send us a cancellation request prior to email delivery of your order we will be happy to oblige your request. Refund will be immediate.

License Keys are digital products so once a license key has been emailed there are no returns for change of mind.

Any and all issues with your order will be resolved same day usually within 2 hours of contact.

Sometimes human error such as typos can be made during the order allocation / email process however if you notice anything or have an issue please contact and we will resolve asap. We apologise if this occurs we do thoroughly check every order before delivery so it is rare.

In our experience any issues, errors or support requests we receive from our customers are not license key related but due to windows issues, updates, settings etc. We will assist you with troubleshooting and resolving any and all problems. This is not a problem for us as over the years we have developed a lot of experience troubleshooting issues.

All genuine Microsoft products generate an error code during the activation process so this can be used to diagnose and resolve any issue. Please try and include this when you contact us as this can help speed up the process. Please try and include system spec info and what actions you have already taken to resolve.

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee that all issues will be resolved. We will not leave any customers without a working product, We will try and make it as easy and smooth as possible,

Admittedly sometimes an error is made where the license key is at fault. This is extremely rare but as we have a large stock we will not shy away from replacing a license key if the error is license key related.

We mention all the above just to clarify our position that we will engage every single issue and resolve. We rarely have to do this as we make sure all our stock is verified before delivery. Our issue resolve process is easy and smooth. If your objective is a working product then do not worry this will be our mission.
